Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work full-time or part-time with a flexible schedule
- willingness to work morning and evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- physical ability to perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks
- basic English literacy
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety
- commitment to responsible waste disposal
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- attended skills training school
- English literate to meet business needs
- good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
- flexible with working hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of guests' rooms in accordance with hotel standards
- carry out cleaning duties such as making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
- replenish bed linens, towels, and toiletries as needed
- perform extensive cleaning responsibilities when required
- stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart for immediate use
- practice responsible waste disposal and recycling
- respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
