The role of Hotel Housekeeper is critical in upholding our high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. As a valued member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas remain spotless and inviting throughout each guest's stay. You will perform various cleaning tasks including floor care, replenishing supplies, conducting inspections, and managing custodial equipment. Your efforts will directly impact the overall perception and satisfaction of our guests, making you a key contributor to the success of our hospitality operations. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive hourly pay ranging from $13.00 to $15.00. Scheduled work hours range from 28 to 40 per week, providing flexibility to accommodate different lifestyles.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or hospitality roles
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas according to established standards
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness of all surface types
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort
  • Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
  • Follow proper janitorial procedures during industrial cleaning tasks to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Manage custodial equipment and cleaning supplies responsibly, ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked
  • Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize tasks and maintain consistent service quality
