We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated housekeeper to join our team. This role plays an essential part in upholding the high standards of cleanliness and guest service that our guests expect. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, providing flexibility to accommodate different schedules. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and arranging guest rooms according to the hotel’s standards prior to guest arrival, maintaining cleanliness and order in all common areas, and performing laundry duties when necessary. The position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a sanitary and inviting setting throughout the facility. Beyond cleaning, the role involves direct interaction with guests, answering questions and assisting with requests, which demands a friendly disposition and effective communication skills. Reporting damages, repairs needed, and managing lost and found items are also important duties that ensure the smooth operation of hotel services.

While previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred, it is not a strict requirement; we value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and managers. A flexible schedule is essential due to the nature of the hospitality industry, which often requires varied shifts. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not mandatory, as this can enhance guest interactions and service quality. The role is based in person at our hotel location, allowing you to actively contribute to the physical upkeep and presentation of the property.

Job Duties

  • Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
  • Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
  • Perform laundry duties as necessary
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
  • Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
  • Report any damages or repairs needed to management
  • Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
