Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Relevant skills training completion
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Experience or knowledge in housekeeping operations
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Understanding of chemical usage for cleaning
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties

Job Duties

  • Maintain the cleanliness of guests' rooms in line with hotel standards
  • Attend to guests' needs promptly and efficiently
  • Carry out assigned cleaning duties including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
  • Keep track of and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest toiletries
  • Conduct extensive cleaning responsibilities as required
  • Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart ready for immediate use
  • Practice responsible waste disposal and recycling
