The role of the Hotel Housekeeper is pivotal to upholding our hotel's standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. As a full-time or part-time Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are immaculate and inviting. This role requires attention to detail, a proactive approach to cleaning duties, and the ability to respond promptly to guest requests. The Housekeeper’s responsibilities extend beyond routine cleaning to include managing housekeeping supplies, observing safety and sanitation policies, and supporting sustainability practices such as waste disposal and recycling. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
  • physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
  • flexible schedule including availability on weekends and holidays
  • basic communication skills in english
  • willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • high school graduate
  • attended skills training school
  • english literate to meet business needs
  • good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
  • flexible with working hours, able to work morning and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms

Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and attend to guest needs
  • carry out assigned cleaning duties including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
  • keep track of the usage of bed linens, towels, and guest toiletries and replenish them as needed
  • fulfill extensive cleaning responsibilities when required
  • stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart ready for immediate use
  • practice responsible waste disposal and recycling
