Job Description

Kinseth Hospitality Corporation is a prominent hotel company known for its commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction. As a leader in the hospitality industry, Kinseth operates a range of hotels and restaurants that emphasize a friendly and professional environment for both guests and employees. The company prides itself on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort, which are core values reflected in their day-to-day operations. They provide a supportive workplace with training and growth opportunities, making them a desirable employer in the hotel sector.

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Housekeeper to join our hotel team. This role primarily involves maintaining cleanliness and order in the hotel’s guest rooms and public areas following established procedures to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. The position offers a starting wage of $15 per hour with immediate start availability, ideal for individuals looking for a daytime schedule focused mostly on weekends with weekday shifts possible. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those new to housekeeping or looking to develop skills in the hospitality field. Outstanding team players who take pride in their work, enjoy a structured environment, and are punctual will thrive in this role.

Day-to-day responsibilities include thorough cleaning such as bed making, bathroom sanitation, vacuuming, dusting, restocking supplies, and waste disposal. Housekeepers will also be responsible for maintaining housekeeping carts and equipment, transporting trash, replacing light bulbs, and ensuring that all cleaning activities comply with franchise standards and timeframes. Safety is paramount; therefore, all employees must use chemicals, materials, and tools properly to prevent injuries and damages. An essential part of the role involves clear communication with maintenance when rooms require additional attention.

Beyond technical tasks, the Housekeeper will greet guests warmly to reinforce the hotel's welcoming atmosphere while adhering to key control and security procedures to protect guest privacy and belongings. The job also demands physical stamina, requiring the ability to stand, walk, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive motions continuously throughout shifts. Kinseth Hospitality Corporation strongly emphasizes adherence to company policies, including dress code, safety standards, and performance expectations to maintain a professional image and consistent service quality.

In return, Kinseth offers a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days of employment, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k retirement plan, paid training and paid time off, participation in a referral program, discounts at all Kinseth hotels and restaurants, and access to DailyPay for flexible earning access. This position is ideal for candidates seeking a steady, supportive workplace with opportunities to build a career in hospitality housekeeping.
