Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean hotel guestrooms, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways
- sort, count, fold, mark, or carry hotel linens
- clean hotel according to franchise standards including stripping and making beds, dusting furniture, washing walls and woodwork, vacuuming and waxing floors, washing windows and door panels, emptying wastebaskets and ashtrays, cleaning carpets and upholstery, cleaning bathroom fixtures
- replenish supplies such as bathroom necessities and drinking glasses
- move furniture, hang drapes, and roll carpets to meet franchise requirements
- transport trash and waste to disposal area
- replace light bulbs
- stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment
- greet guests warmly
- ensure key control and security policies to maintain guest privacy
- use materials, chemicals, and tools safely
- communicate with maintenance regarding room needs
