We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Housekeeper to join our hotel team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining cleanliness, enjoy working alongside others, and prefer daytime shifts. This role offers a rate starting at $15 per hour with an immediate start available, reflecting our commitment to rewarding hardworking team members. Although prior housekeeping experience is not required, we provide full paid training to help you succeed.
As a Housekeeper with Kinseth Hotel Corporation, your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and hotel common areas. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and maintaining all areas according to franchise standards. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests by maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
The role primarily requires weekend availability, specifically Saturday and Sunday, with potential weekday hours as needed, all during daytime shifts. This scheduling offers flexibility and work-life balance for those seeking regular daytime work hours. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience necessary as training will be provided
- Ability to work weekend shifts including Saturday and Sunday
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Clean hotel guestrooms, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways
- Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry hotel linens
- Clean according to franchise standards including stripping and making beds, dusting furniture, washing walls, ceilings, woodwork, vacuuming, scrubbing, waxing, polishing floors
- Wash windows, door panels, sills
- Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays
- Clean and vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies
- Clean bathroom sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers
- Replenish supplies such as bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, writing supplies
- Move furniture, hang drapes, roll carpets
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area
- Replace light bulbs
- Stock, organize, maintain housekeeping carts and equipment
- Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner
- Ensure key control and security policies for guest privacy
- Use materials, chemicals, and tools safely
- Communicate with maintenance department regarding room needs
