We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Housekeeper to join our hotel team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining cleanliness, enjoy working alongside others, and prefer daytime shifts. This role offers a rate starting at $15 per hour with an immediate start available, reflecting our commitment to rewarding hardworking team members. Although prior housekeeping experience is not required, we provide full paid training to help you succeed.

As a Housekeeper with Kinseth Hotel Corporation, your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and hotel common areas. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and maintaining all areas according to franchise standards. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests by maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

The role primarily requires weekend availability, specifically Saturday and Sunday, with potential weekday hours as needed, all during daytime shifts. This scheduling offers flexibility and work-life balance for those seeking regular daytime work hours. Beyond cleaning duties, the role involves maintaining security protocols to protect guests' privacy and belongings, safely using cleaning chemicals and tools, and communicating with maintenance for any room-related issues.

Physical demands of the job require the ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, carry or move up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
