Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- prior experience in housekeeping preferred but not mandatory
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- good communication skills in english
- commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications

- english literate to meet business needs
- good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
- flexible with working hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning techniques
Job Duties
- maintain the cleanliness of guests' rooms and attend to guest needs in alignment with hotel objectives
- carry out assigned cleaning duties such as making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
- monitor and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest toiletries as needed
- fulfill additional extensive cleaning responsibilities when required
- stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart prepared for immediate use
- practice responsible waste disposal and recycling to support sustainability
- respond promptly to guest requests to ensure satisfaction
