The Housekeeper, designated as the Cleanliness Champion, plays a pivotal role at Sandpiper Hospitality by ensuring a spotless environment and impeccable presentation throughout the property. This position is integral to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and aesthetics within hotel guestrooms, lobby areas, corridors, elevators, laundry facilities, and stairways. The Housekeeper’s responsibilities encompass a wide range of cleaning and operational duties, including replenishing supplies, managing waste removal, maintaining housekeeping equipment, and guest interaction through warm and friendly communication. The role also involves adherence to safety and security protocols to protect guests, staff, and company property.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role requiring a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, with an emphasis on direct contribution to both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities extend to hands-on house laundry tasks such as sorting, washing, drying, folding, and proper storage of linens and terry, in addition to maintaining cleanliness in both house and commercial laundry areas. The Housekeeper works closely with management to ensure all duties align with Sandpiper Hospitality’s standards and expectations.
