Job Requirements

must be able to pass a dot exam certification
must be able to drive a full size van (cdl not needed)
schedule flexibility for am and pm shifts, weekends, and holidays
ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
true desire to satisfy others in a fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
strong command of the english language including speaking, reading, and writing
ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, guest-facing role
must be at least 18 years old
high school diploma or equivalent
basic computer skills including word and excel

Job Duties

manage the hotel host stand and guest common areas including the placery café, guest kitchen, e-room, and tv den
assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
service meeting rooms and support event preparations
operate the airport shuttle after passing the required dot exam
maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for guests
communicate effectively with guests to ensure a positive experience
multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
