Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • previous guest service experience
  • schedule flexibility for both AM and PM shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing
  • ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction
  • must be able to multitask
  • ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
  • basic computer skills including Word and Excel
  • a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous guest service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
  • strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing
  • ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • proficient in basic computer skills such as Word and Excel
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • manage the Hotel Host Stand and assist guests with inquiries
  • oversee the Bakery Café ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere
  • facilitate guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • monitor and maintain the Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den
  • assist in servicing and preparing meeting rooms
  • respond promptly to guest needs and provide exceptional customer service
