Job Requirements

  • Customer service experience required, preferably in hotel or related field
  • Must have schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Strong command of English language including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum 20 lbs)
  • Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.

Job Duties

  • Manage the Hotel Host Stand to greet and assist guests
  • Oversee the Bakery Café and ensure it is stocked and clean
  • Attend to the Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den to maintain a comfortable environment
  • Facilitate guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Service meeting rooms by preparing and tidying spaces as needed
  • Communicate effectively with guests to provide help and information
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold hotel service standards
