Job Requirements
- Customer service experience required, preferably in hotel or related field
- Must have schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Strong command of English language including speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum 20 lbs)
- Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.

Job Duties
- Manage the Hotel Host Stand to greet and assist guests
- Oversee the Bakery Café and ensure it is stocked and clean
- Attend to the Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den to maintain a comfortable environment
- Facilitate guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Service meeting rooms by preparing and tidying spaces as needed
- Communicate effectively with guests to provide help and information
- Collaborate with team members to uphold hotel service standards
