Job Description

Our hotel is a distinguished member of the Kinseth Hospitality Corporation (KHC) family, renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences across its network of quality hotels and restaurants. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcome, comfortable, and valued. As a vibrant and growing hospitality organization, we emphasize a supportive and team-oriented work environment where employees are empowered to grow professionally and personally. Our commitment to excellence makes us a preferred destination for travelers seeking superior service and quality accommodations.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) role at our hotel is a pivotal leadership position responsible for supporting the daily operations across all hotel departments. This role demands a dedicated professional with a passion for guest satisfaction, superior management skills, and the ability to motivate and train staff effectively. The AGM acts as a key partner to the General Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel, from front desk operations and staff management to guest relations and compliance with brand standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for driven hospitality professionals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and who are eager to impact guest experiences positively.

In this role, the AGM is responsible for overseeing team performance while fostering a culture focused on service excellence and operational success. The position includes managing scheduling, inventory control, and daily reporting. A core element of the job is stepping in as Manager on Duty when necessary, which requires strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to handle guest concerns swiftly and professionally. The AGM ensures all hotel activities align with both company policies and franchise operational procedures, maintaining the integrity and reputation of the Kinseth brand.

Candidates joining our team can expect a competitive salary package, benefits after 60 days of employment including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, and paid time off. Additionally, we offer daily pay options, paid training, and employee discounts across the Kinseth Hotel Corporation network. Growth opportunities abound within our supportive environment under the Hilton brand umbrella, making this a career-enhancing opportunity for ambitious hospitality leaders.

If you are passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and are committed to delivering exceptional guest service, this role will position you to make a meaningful impact within a respected and expanding hotel corporation. Join us and be part of a dynamic team that strives to exceed guest expectations every day.
