Job Requirements
- Must be available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Commitment to follow company policies and maintain professional image
- Ability to monitor and maintain front desk coverage at 100 percent
- Experience using cash and credit card handling procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and reservation systems
- Experience supervising and training staff
Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing all hotel operations and departments
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Support, train, and motivate team members
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
- Help manage scheduling, inventory, and daily reporting
- Step in as Manager on Duty as needed
- Coordinate front desk activities and ensure guest satisfaction
