Job Requirements
- Must be available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and use hands regularly
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Adherence to all KHC policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional image and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Experience with employee supervision and conflict resolution
Job Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of reservation and front desk operations
- Proficiency in cash and credit handling procedures
- Experience training and supervising staff
- Familiarity with hotel safety and emergency protocols
Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing all hotel operations and departments
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Support, train, and motivate team members
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
- Help manage scheduling, inventory, and daily reporting
- Step in as Manager on Duty as needed
- Coordinate front desk activities and resolve guest issues
- Hire, train, and schedule front desk staff
- Communicate with department heads to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage reservation systems including inventory and rates
- Enforce cash and credit card handling procedures
- Ensure guest safety and security
- Monitor night audit for accuracy and prepare reports
- Train and oversee Van Driver and Housemen positions
- Maintain full front desk coverage including audit shifts
