Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry with a strong focus on the SMERF segment
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and revenue targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Ivvy or Delphi and MS Office Suite

Job Duties
- Identify, prospect, and secure new group sales opportunities within the SMERF segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMERF clients, acting as their primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
- Conduct site tours and presentations, showcasing property amenities and services to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences from planning through execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to stay competitive and maximize market share
- Prepare and manage sales contracts, proposals, and other required documentation
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline reports to the Director of Sales
