We are currently seeking a strong, seasoned, and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful operation of both select-service and full-service properties, combining strategic leadership with hands-on management to achieve outstanding operational and financial results. As General Manager, you will oversee all facets of hotel operations, including team leadership, revenue management, brand compliance, and guest satisfaction, while upholding the highest standards of service and integrity.

The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of progressive leadership roles in the hospitality sector, with at least 5 years as a Hotel General Manager, specifically with Marriott experience. This requirement ensures familiarity with industry standards, corporate expectations, and brand quality assessments (QAs). Candidates with expertise in California labor laws will be highly favored, given the regulatory environment in which our properties operate. Your role will require a strong financial acumen to manage revenue and occupancy effectively, striving to maintain a high Average Daily Rate (ADR) and maximize value delivered to our guests.

Job Requirements

  • Five plus years of experience as a hotel General Manager
  • Marriott experience required
  • Ten plus years of hotel experience with progressive leadership roles
  • Experience with both select-service and full-service properties
  • Candidates with California labor law experience required
  • Excellent financial acumen
