Job Requirements
- education in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management
- prior experience working with Marriott brand is highly desirable
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- leadership experience managing teams
- knowledge of hotel management software and systems

Job Duties

- foster a motivated and accountable team environment
- drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and guest experience
