Job Requirements

  • education in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management
  • prior experience working with Marriott brand is highly desirable
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • leadership experience managing teams
  • knowledge of hotel management software and systems

Job Duties

  • coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless service delivery
  • foster a motivated and accountable team environment
  • drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and guest experience
