Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management
- bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
- strong leadership and decision-making skills
- financial acumen and budget management experience
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of Marriott brand standards

- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- proven experience in hotel management with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- strong financial management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- knowledge of Marriott brand standards and operational procedures
- proficiency with hotel management software and systems
Job Duties
- oversee daily hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage
- manage budgets and financial performance to meet revenue goals
- lead, develop, and motivate hotel staff to ensure high morale and productivity
- implement Marriott standards and ensure compliance with all company policies
- handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
- coordinate marketing and sales activities to drive occupancy and revenue
- maintain hotel facilities and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs
