Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management
  • bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
  • strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • financial acumen and budget management experience
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of Marriott brand standards

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • proven experience in hotel management with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • strong financial management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • knowledge of Marriott brand standards and operational procedures
  • proficiency with hotel management software and systems

Job Duties

  • oversee daily hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage
  • manage budgets and financial performance to meet revenue goals
  • lead, develop, and motivate hotel staff to ensure high morale and productivity
  • implement Marriott standards and ensure compliance with all company policies
  • handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
  • coordinate marketing and sales activities to drive occupancy and revenue
  • maintain hotel facilities and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs
