Job Requirements

  • 5 plus years experience in hotel management including food and beverage, front desk, and vendor relations
  • bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field
  • ability to work with urgency and under high pressure situations
  • guest first attitude towards hospitality
  • broad range of technology experience including property management systems
  • excellent communication skills
  • desire to become knowledgeable about short-term rental housekeeping
  • capable of quickly learning new software systems
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends, and evenings
  • local relationships within hospitality and boutique services preferred
  • experience in real estate, hospitality or tech is a plus

Job Duties

  • Building out full concierge, value-added services, activations, and partnerships functions in market
  • developing local partnerships that benefit hospitality operations
  • working closely with contractor relationships, including food and beverage
  • directly supervising and managing market staff including hiring, training, coaching, evaluating performance, and delegating tasks
  • serving as main point of contact for property owners and maintaining communication
  • resolving guest and homeowner issues and escalations
  • partnering with HOA representatives for property standards and community guidelines
  • supervising housekeeping and maintenance tasks
  • collaborating with teams for maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping operations
  • participating in on-call rotating after hours for market support
