Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of general manager experience in hospitality
  • demonstrated ability to lead large teams
  • strong financial acumen
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • command of hospitality standards and compliance

Job Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry
  • proven track record managing $4M+ in annual revenue
  • strong background in fine dining or upscale concepts
  • previous experience in seafood or steakhouse environments preferred
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to drive operational success and financial performance
  • proficiency with hospitality management software

Job Duties

  • Oversee and inspire a team of 40, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • lead all aspects of restaurant operations, from financial performance to staff development
  • uphold and enforce brand standards and operational excellence
  • manage daily restaurant activities to guarantee smooth service flow
