Job Duties
- Leading the recruitment and selection process for leadership teammates and participating in the recruitment and selection of teammates
- Identifying operational opportunities and creating action plans to overcome operational challenges
- Leading and overseeing the hotel sales plan and budget guidelines including labor management
- Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the company culture
- Supervising, mentoring, and motivating hotel employees
- Collaborating with departments to achieve budgets
- Providing a high-quality image towards guests and employees and communicating effectively
