Job Requirements
- 3+ years in General Manager role required
- 1+ year brand experience required
- Select Service hotel experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or similar field is preferred
- Strong management skills of large teams
- Developed time management skills
- Proven ability to drive Guest Service Scores and profitability
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks

Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented demeanor in all guest and staff interactions
- Keep open communication between hotel leaders and develop a high-quality staff aligned with guest service expectations
- Manage financials including P&L and payroll to maintain profitability
- Ensure compliance with local and state licensing and permit requirements
- Maintain property security and safety systems with scheduled inspections and maintenance
- Drive property-wide improvements in staff training and development to enhance guest services and encourage repeat guests
- Promote professional working relationships and open communication between managers, employees, and departments
- Effectively communicate goals, ideas, and tasks to team members with timely follow-up
- Proactively address issues before they disrupt hotel operations
- Analyze data from multiple sources to develop beneficial business solutions
- Handle guest and staff concerns attentively and professionally
- Delegate tasks effectively to qualified staff
- Achieve financial results aligned with budget objectives
- Perform additional tasks as assigned in response to business demands
