Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or related leadership role
- Proven track record of team leadership and operational success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties
- Provide strong leadership and coaching to internal guests (team members), helping to mentor them and help them become the best version of themselves
- Embody Pathfinder's core values and Platinum Service Culture to our internal and external guests
- Serve as an ambassador for property and Pathfinder by building strong relationships within the local community
- Proactively recruit year-round for new internal guests via social media, referral program awareness campaign and career fairs
- Lead efforts to maximize market share (Revpar Index) through aggressive sales and marketing by actively coaching and leading team members to embody the 'Everybody Sells' culture
- Create value for the property in an empowered culture by fostering a culture of innovation, embodying a zero-based budgeting mindset, and maintaining a pristine building
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
