Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management software systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel management or hospitality operations
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management techniques
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Deep understanding of hotel management systems and front desk operations including night audit procedures
  • Experience in human resources functions such as staffing training conflict resolution and employee engagement
  • Budgeting expertise
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork accountability and continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with resort environments or large-scale hospitality settings is a plus
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead daily hotel operations including front desk management guest services housekeeping food and beverage and maintenance teams
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction operational efficiency and revenue growth
  • Supervise staff across departments providing coaching training and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment
  • Oversee budgeting processes expense control and financial reporting to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Manage human resources functions such as hiring onboarding employee relations and compliance with labor laws
  • Ensure high standards of guest relations by resolving issues promptly and maintaining excellent customer service standards
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote the property and increase occupancy rates
  • Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reconciliation at the end of each day
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations health standards and hotel policies
  • Utilize multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries professionally while practicing exemplary phone etiquette
