Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and revenue growth
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hotel management or hospitality operations
- Strong knowledge of revenue management techniques

Job Duties
