We are currently seeking a highly motivated and accomplished General Manager to join our team. Additionally, you will oversee guest service initiatives to continually strive for top scores on the Guest Service Index, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. Administrative responsibilities will include managing budgets, financial forecasting, and profit and loss analysis, requiring a strong business acumen. Job Requirements

  • 5 years of previous experience in hotel management at branded properties
  • significant experience as a supervisor or manager
  • familiarity with crm and pms platforms
  • p&l analysis skills, budget production, forecasts etc.
  • strong leadership qualities
