Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality management
- availability to respond to operational needs 24/7
- strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication abilities

- knowledge of hotel management software and tools preferred
