Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in hotel or residential hotel management
- proven ability to manage budgets and forecast financials
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- proficiency in customer service and complaint resolution
- knowledge of labor laws and human resources practices

Job Duties
- Manage and provide input to the annual budget by forecasting changes in operating expenses and labor cost
- provide business forecasts to manage costs by scheduling labor in accordance with staffing guidelines and controlling expenses
- assist sales efforts as directed by management and corporate sales organization
- train front desk staff in selling techniques and procedures for current promotions
- adjust controllable expenses based on forecasted revenue to maintain profit margins and achieve monthly budgets
- personally respond to guest complaint letters, guest assistance contact forms, and comment cards
- properly administer company policies and procedures for human resources management, payroll administration, personnel transactions, and fair treatment of employees
