The role requires someone who is skilled in multiple hotel management systems like Opera and proficient in Microsoft Office tools to generate reports that help with strategic planning and decision-making. Successful candidates will be comfortable working irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and must be willing to travel for training purposes as needed.
Wind Creek Hospitality offers a competitive base salary ranging from $52,600 to $71,800, commensurate with experience and skill set, alongside a solid benefits package. Employees enjoy access to group medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, participation in a flexible spending account, employee assistance programs, paid time off, 401(k) plans with matching contributions, shift differentials, and discretionary quarterly bonuses.
This position not only calls for a leader who can supervise and inspire hotel staff but also someone who embodies Wind Creek Hospitality’s core values of enthusiasm, accountability, and delivering joy to guests through impeccable service. The successful candidate will uphold the company’s workplace expectations while providing guests with memorable and enjoyable experiences that keep them returning.
Overall, this position is ideal for experienced supervisors or managers in the hospitality sector, particularly those with strong experience in hotels rated three diamonds or higher and a track record of exceptional guest service leadership. This role provides great opportunities for career advancement within a reputable and employee-focused company committed to excellence and growth.
