Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality leadership experience
  • Experience with front office or housekeeping operations
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • 2+ years of hospitality leadership
  • Experience in housekeeping or front desk operations
  • Strong people leadership skills including coaching and conflict resolution
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances

Job Duties

  • Oversee front office and housekeeping operations, ensuring standards (brand and Atrium) are followed to a T
  • Lead and support your team—coaching, developing, and stepping in when needed to keep service top-notch
  • Keep the hotel spotless and guest-ready by coordinating cleanliness, maintenance, and timely responses to issues
  • Monitor department budgets, control labor and supply costs, and support revenue-generating initiatives
  • Create memorable guest experiences with proactive service and genuine connection
