As a Hotel Front Office Manager at the Hampton Inn & Suites Glendale Westgate, you will play a crucial leadership role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position offers a $500 sign-on bonus and falls within a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality setting. The Front Office Manager is responsible for leading the front desk team, setting high service standards, and ensuring guests receive courteous and attentive service throughout their stay. You will maintain regular contact with guests to foster loyalty and satisfaction, handle operational quality, manage team performance, and oversee financial and front office administrative functions. Job Requirements

  • two or more years of supervisory experience in hospitality
  • two or more years of experience in general hotel operations

Job Duties

  • provide exceptional guest service while setting high service standards for the front desk team to follow
  • maintain regular contact with in-house guests and community clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction
  • uphold service quality by investigating guest concerns, initiating corrective action, and conducting periodic room inspections
  • supervise front desk team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • instill strong customer service skills with front desk team by modeling and reinforcing excellent guest interactions and communication standards
  • assist with accounting functions including billing, reporting, and financial reconciliation
  • monitor and support procedures related to inventory, key control, and monetary handling
