Job Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and financial reporting within a hotel setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience with front desk operations including knowledge of reservation systems and guest services protocols is advantageous

Job Duties
- Supervise front desk operations ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Manage and train front office staff fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance
- Oversee guest relations addressing any concerns or complaints promptly to enhance overall guest experience
- Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services local attractions and events to provide guests with accurate information and recommendations
- Handle multi-line phone systems effectively demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel
- Monitor inventory levels for front desk supplies and order as necessary to maintain operational efficiency
