Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work on-site for entire shift until relieved
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • Ability to manage conflict calmly and professionally
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as laundry duties
  • Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide an excellent guest experience by greeting guests warmly and assisting them
  • Meet with guests regularly to determine satisfaction and manage guest conflict calmly
  • Coordinate front desk operations including check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations, property tours, and sales events
  • Respond to guest service calls efficiently and expediently
  • Ensure safety of the building and occupants, contact emergency services when needed, and respond effectively in emergencies
  • Inspect studios and public spaces daily according to company and brand standards
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are accurately followed and document work activity
  • Execute lead management process and complete sales and marketing objectives
  • Review studio inventory daily to maximize revenue and follow revenue management guidelines
  • Maintain sales of ancillary offerings to accommodate guest needs and maximize revenue
  • Perform laundry duties such as sorting, washing, drying, folding, and maintaining laundry facilities
  • Cross-train on duties of all non-management staff and perform those duties as requested
