Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work on-site for entire shift until relieved
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Ability to manage conflict calmly and professionally
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as laundry duties
- Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide an excellent guest experience by greeting guests warmly and assisting them
- Meet with guests regularly to determine satisfaction and manage guest conflict calmly
- Coordinate front desk operations including check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations, property tours, and sales events
- Respond to guest service calls efficiently and expediently
- Ensure safety of the building and occupants, contact emergency services when needed, and respond effectively in emergencies
- Inspect studios and public spaces daily according to company and brand standards
- Ensure all policies and procedures are accurately followed and document work activity
- Execute lead management process and complete sales and marketing objectives
- Review studio inventory daily to maximize revenue and follow revenue management guidelines
- Maintain sales of ancillary offerings to accommodate guest needs and maximize revenue
- Perform laundry duties such as sorting, washing, drying, folding, and maintaining laundry facilities
- Cross-train on duties of all non-management staff and perform those duties as requested
