Job Requirements
- Prior hotel front desk experience
- Ability to commute to Bellevue WA 98004
- Ability to relocate to Bellevue WA 98004 before starting work
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in person at the hotel
- Availability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- Strong background in hospitality with a focus on guest relations and customer service
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and phone systems
- Experience with night audit procedures is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with guests and staff
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Job Duties
- Supervise daily front desk operations ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Provide outstanding guest relations by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction
- Train mentor and support front desk staff in delivering excellent customer service
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records using hotel management software
- Conduct night audits as required ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest services and operational efficiency
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies procedures and local attractions to assist guests effectively
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk area
