We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Guest Service Representative to join our front desk team on a full-time basis, working the first shift from 7 am to 3 pm. The position is designed for individuals who are at least 21 years old and who possess a strong sales mindset and excellent communication skills. This role demands a friendly and professional demeanor as the representative serves as the face of the hotel throughout the guest's stay.

The Guest Service Representative plays a crucial role in representing the hotel to the guest at all stages of their visit. This position requires offering helpful options and alternatives to guests, assisting them in making informed decisions about their stay, including room selections and available activities and services on the property. A thorough knowledge of the hotel’s various room types and amenities is essential to effectively meet guest needs. Additionally, the role includes performing all clerical and mechanical operations associated with front desk activities. Previous experience in a similar capacity is required to ensure the representative can handle the responsibilities efficiently and professionally. The hourly pay starts from $12.50, with employee discounts offered as part of our benefits package. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Represent the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay
  • Present options and alternatives to guests and offer assistance in making choices
  • Know the location and types of available rooms as well as the activities and services of the property
  • Perform all clerical and mechanical operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate guest records
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
