Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • excellent communication skills
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation systems
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to handle complaints professionally

Job Qualifications

  • high school graduate or GED recipient
  • experience in answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
  • excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  • at least one year of hospitality industry experience preferred
  • computer efficiency
  • preferred but not required previous experience

Job Duties

  • welcome guests
  • manage guest accounts and ensure accuracy
  • answer incoming calls and handle room bookings
  • respond to guest inquiries about rates, room availability, and amenities
  • communicate with housekeeping to prepare rooms
  • handle customer complaints
  • check guests in and out, provide keys and room numbers
