Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- excellent communication skills
- familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation systems
- strong organizational skills
- ability to handle complaints professionally
Job Qualifications
- high school graduate or GED recipient
- experience in answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
- excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- at least one year of hospitality industry experience preferred
- computer efficiency
- preferred but not required previous experience
Job Duties
- welcome guests
- manage guest accounts and ensure accuracy
- answer incoming calls and handle room bookings
- respond to guest inquiries about rates, room availability, and amenities
- communicate with housekeeping to prepare rooms
- handle customer complaints
- check guests in and out, provide keys and room numbers
