Job Duties

  • Welcome and register guests with a courteous greeting and prompt service
  • conduct check-out procedures and manage guest departure formalities
  • address guest concerns throughout their hotel experience
  • select appropriate rooms based on guest requests and promote hotel amenities
  • issue electronic keys and manage guest access
  • organize and implement marketing programs catering to incoming guests
  • prepare and distribute welcome packets including personalized gifts and tokens of appreciation
