Job Requirements

Ability to speak and understand English
warm and friendly manner in public interactions
attention to detail while multitasking
familiarity with money handling and office machines
willingness to work night audit shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM
availability for part-time hours totaling 24 to 36 per week
ability to work alone as scheduled

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and manage time effectively
basic knowledge of cash handling and office equipment
willingness to learn maintenance tasks for helper role
ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Check guests in and out
promote company programs
maintain guest records
handle cash accurately
monitor guest satisfaction and resolve problems
assist with breakfast preparation, service, and cleanup
perform special maintenance tasks such as shampooing, painting, and general upkeep
