Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems is advantageous

  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist guests with their needs
  • Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns and ensure room readiness
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues in a timely and courteous manner to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
