Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is advantageous

- Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist guests with their needs
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns and ensure room readiness
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues in a timely and courteous manner to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
