Job Duties
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Process payments including room charges, deposits, and refunds
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation
- Resolve guest concerns effectively and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records in the property management system
- Promote hotel amenities and upsell rooms
- Follow safety and security protocols to ensure guest and staff safety
