Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer-facing experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with reservation or property management systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Availability for varied shift hours

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or food service
  • Familiarity with property management systems

  • Experience handling guest complaints and resolving conflicts

Job Duties

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
  • Process payments including room charges, deposits, and refunds
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation
  • Resolve guest concerns effectively and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate records in the property management system
  • Promote hotel amenities and upsell rooms
  • Follow safety and security protocols to ensure guest and staff safety
