The Front Desk Agent at The Sunny Hotel plays a critical role in frontline guest services, serving as the initial point of contact for visitors. This full-time position is based in Sunny Isles Beach, FL, and offers an engaging role within a bustling hotel environment. The agent is responsible for organizing, confirming, and processing all guest check-ins and check-outs promptly and efficiently. They manage room reservations, including requests, changes, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. Additionally, the Front Desk Agent handles billing and payment transactions with accuracy and professionalism.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • prior cash-handling experience
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • availability to work flexible schedule including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to perform job responsibilities without posing a direct threat to the safety of self or others
