We are currently seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role is essential in managing guest check-ins and check-outs while providing outstanding customer service from the first point of contact. The position requires handling reservations, answering phones courteously, and performing some cash handling duties with accuracy and security. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and eager to assist guests, ensuring they have a pleasant and hassle-free experience during their stay. Working at the front desk, the associate will also support other duties as delegated by the Front Office Manager. We offer a competitive starting wage of $11.00 per hour and provide valuable benefits including employee discounts, paid time off, and referral programs. Job Duties

  • check guest in and out of hotel
