Aramark is currently seeking a dedicated Hotel Food & Beverage Manager to spearhead front-of-house operations at LEGOLAND Florida Resort, a family-oriented destination known for its immersive experiences and world-class hospitality. This full-time position offers an annual salary range between $60,000 and $65,000, aligning competitively within the hospitality sector. The role is integral to maintaining the resort's distinguished reputation by delivering superior guest experiences across multiple hotel dining venues including restaurants, bars, and lounges.
The Hotel Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for leading operational efforts, ensuring efficient service delivery, and upholding high-quality standards. This involves collaboration with culinary leadership to maintain product quality and seamless service coordination. The manager will take ownership of financial performance, utilizing data-driven tools to monitor sales, control costs, and implement strategies that enhance revenue and profitability. Effective team leadership is essential, focusing on recruitment, coaching, training, and fostering a culture of accountability and recognition. Daily operational tasks will include conducting pre-shift meetings, managing staffing levels, and driving labor productivity to meet business demands.

Strong client relationship management through consistent communication will also be emphasized. Operational excellence standards must be met through meticulous inventory management, compliance with safety and health regulations, and continuous improvement of workflows. This role requires a candidate with at least two years of experience in hospitality, preferably within hotel or resort food and beverage operations, along with supervisory or management expertise. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with demonstrated abilities in leadership, communication, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration. Physical demands include the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as necessary.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years of hospitality experience preferably in hotel resort or high-volume food and beverage operations
- Supervisory or management experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead daily front-of-house food and beverage operations across hotel outlets including restaurants bars and lounges
- Ensure consistent execution of service standards that align with brand expectations and enhance guest satisfaction
- Monitor service efficiency guest feedback and operational performance implementing improvements as needed
- Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution and product quality
- Recruit train coach and develop team members using Aramark's coaching framework
