In addition, the role involves mentoring junior engineering staff, performing Engineer on Duty responsibilities, and supporting the team to achieve common maintenance goals.
The successful candidate will bring relevant certifications, including Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification, and experience in hotel engineering maintenance. This role demands adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, along with company safety and security policies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and possess a thorough understanding of maintenance best practices to uphold the prestigious reputation of The Ritz-Carlton Dallas.
