Job Duties
- Respond to guest repair requests
- Communicate with guests and customers to resolve maintenance issues
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment including cleaning and lubrication
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
- Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment
- Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, refrigeration, and pool equipment
- Use Lockout/Tagout system before maintenance
- Display proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Train and mentor other engineers
- Perform Engineer on Duty responsibilities including readings and rounds
- Follow all company and safety policies
- Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Ensure clean and professional uniform and appearance
- Provide excellent guest service following company standards
- Move, lift, carry, and push objects up to 50 pounds
- Navigate stairs, ramps, and ladders safely
- Enter work-related information using computers
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
