This non-management role is designed for hands-on professionals who are skilled at addressing a wide range of maintenance challenges while working the overnight shift. The engineer is tasked with responding promptly to guest repair requests, performing preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, and ensuring that all systems are running optimally with minimal supervision. This involves a full spectrum of responsibilities, including troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, as well as maintaining general building systems.

The role demands a high level of technical proficiency across various disciplines such as air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry, kitchen equipment, and general building management. The candidate will also demonstrate solid hands-on skills in using power tools, repairing pipes, and replacing parts. Additionally, this position involves daily communication between shifts to ensure seamless continuity in maintenance activities.
