Job Requirements
- Hotel management, general business or marketing degree preferred
- Two or more years hotel experience, prefer hotel sales experience
- Proactive personality and work style
- Strong team builder
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and understand STR reports, both weekly and monthly
- Prompt and regular attendance
- The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, requiring flexible scheduling and possible overtime
- Current and valid drivers license
- Willingness to travel overnight as necessary
- Adherence to company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook and other property documents

Job Duties
- Develop and maintain market awareness to ensure ability to predict revenue opportunities and set proactive strategies
- Operate the sales department within established sales expense budget
- Directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals as established by Area, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing and/or General Manager
- Achieve and grow local account and global account partnerships
- Communicate needs directly to hotel operations team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate, prepare and achieve goals set in annual Marketing Plan
