The role being offered is that of a Food & Beverage professional with leadership responsibilities, guiding the hotel's various food and beverage teams to maintain and elevate service excellence. This position demands a candidate with a strong background in hotel food and beverage management, ideally with experience in fine dining and operating within four-star or higher properties. The successful candidate will oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, banquets, and event catering. Their day-to-day duties involve supervising staff, coordinating service delivery, resolving guest concerns, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. This role requires an individual with superb leadership capabilities, proven experience in revenue generation, financial acumen including P&L responsibility, and the ability to foster collaboration across departments.

Job Requirements

  • Education and experience in hotel Food & Beverage management
  • Fine dining experience in a four-star or higher hotel
  • 3-5 years managing Food & Beverage operations with revenues over $3 million
  • Food Manager Certification and Liquor License or willingness to obtain within six months
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and operational areas effectively
  • Experience with financial management including P&L and cost control
  • Proven ability to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Comfort working under pressure and fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Fine dining experience in at least a 4 star hotel
  • Strong focus on restaurant management training required
  • Wine knowledge desirable
  • 3-5 years of Food & Beverage management experience with revenues of at least $3 million
  • Culinary background and experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and inter-department collaboration skills
  • Proven track record of driving Food & Beverage revenues
  • Positive leader who works well under pressure and is adaptable
  • Ability to understand and positively impact P&L statements, cost of sales, food costs, inventory control, and safety performance
  • Effective management of front and back of house operations
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Food Manager Certification and Liquor License required or completion within six months
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
