Job Duties

  • Set up food stations by organizing and stocking all necessary ingredients for the shift
  • prepare and cook orders following established recipes and presentation standards using grilling, broiling, and sautéing techniques
  • maintain quality standards by adhering to storage and waste control guidelines for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy
  • clean and sanitize workstations including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and refrigerators complying with health and safety regulations
  • maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor when engaging with guests, vendors, and team members
