Job Requirements
- Customer service experience required
- At least 6 months of guest-facing experience
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Local knowledge of Tucson
- Physically able to stand and walk for long periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience required - at least 6 months in a guest-facing role
- Hospitality experience preferred - you understand how to deliver a 5-star experience
- Excellent communication skills - you speak clearly, listen actively, and know how to tailor service to each guest
- Local knowledge and curiosity - you love your city and enjoy helping others explore it

- Driver's license - a valid license and clean driving record are required

Job Duties
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism-be their trusted go-to from check-in to check-out
- Recommend the best local dining, entertainment, shopping, and attractions-you're the insider they didn't know they needed
- Assist with reservations, transportation, event tickets, and anything else guests may require
- Help with guest mail, messages, and business center needs
- Ensure the lobby and concierge area remain clean, organized, and inviting
- Stay cool under pressure while resolving guest concerns with courtesy and care
- Support a seamless experience by partnering with front desk, valet, bell staff, and other departments
