Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in hotel or related field preferred
Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses quickly and accurately

Job Duties

Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner
Maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and nametag
Comply with hospitality standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations
Greet and seat guests promptly at appropriate tables
Assist in providing a pleasant dining experience by being attentive to guests' needs
Assist cashier in collection of payments and prepare cashier reports
Pay out tips to servers and service attendants as appropriate
Take reservations accurately for the outlets
Ensure quality control of menus regarding cleanliness and appearance
Perform opening and closing duties according to established checklists
Answer telephone calls professionally
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus and current specials
Assist servers and cashiers in servicing guests
Understand and comply with state liquor laws
Perform other duties as requested by management
Attend meetings and training as required
Interact professionally with guests and colleagues
Maintain high level of trust and responsibility
Represent the company with good character and sound judgement
