- Experience in hotel or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and nametag
- Comply with hospitality standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations
- Greet and seat guests promptly at appropriate tables
- Assist in providing a pleasant dining experience by being attentive to guests' needs
- Assist cashier in collection of payments and prepare cashier reports
- Pay out tips to servers and service attendants as appropriate
- Take reservations accurately for the outlets
- Ensure quality control of menus regarding cleanliness and appearance
- Perform opening and closing duties according to established checklists
- Answer telephone calls professionally
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus and current specials
- Assist servers and cashiers in servicing guests
- Understand and comply with state liquor laws
- Perform other duties as requested by management
- Attend meetings and training as required
- Interact professionally with guests and colleagues
- Maintain high level of trust and responsibility
- Represent the company with good character and sound judgement
